VALUATION

Simply make an appointment to bring in your item(s). Upon your arrival, our experts will review your item(s) and provide you with an auction estimate range.

If you are unable to visit us in person, we have other options available. We are able to assess your item(s) based on photographs and some basic information. Please provide clear photos of your item(s) along with a brief description. Useful elements to include in your description are the dimensions, provenance of the item, any notable wear, and any signatures or hallmarks. We will review your submission and contact you for additional information.

We are happy to travel for larger estates. If you are local, please contact us to schedule an appointment to have your items evaluated.

Private SALE

As a courtesy, we offer the option of selling your item(s) for immediate payment.  If this is an option you would like to pursue, please note this on your submission or let our experts know during your valuation.

CONSIGNMENT FOR AUCTION

Should you decide to consign your item(s) to Farber Auctioneers & Appraisers, we will review and formalize the Consignment Agreement. The Consignment Agreement will include all Terms & Conditions of Sale, as well as an itemization of the items to be sold.

PAYMENT

Within 30 days after the end of the auction, you will be sent a settlement statement with a check for your sold item(s). This statement will list the objects which you consigned and their hammer price.
