We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on every product in our “Buy Now” section. Please call client services at 215-798-3202, to notify us of the return. Returns must must be received within 14 days of receipt of your item. We issue a full refund to the same payment method used for purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds typically post within 5 business days.

Please note that this policy applies only to products purchased via our “Buy Now” section. Items purchased at auction are not eligible for returns, as noted in our Conditions of Sale.
